The food is made for sharing or just to enjoy by yourself using the best ingredients available and organic wherever possible. My flavours reflect everything I love to eat with a personal reflection of a deep and diverse family heritage. Uniquely shaped from all over the world by the people I've met, the cultures I've experienced and the cuisines I've been lucky enough to enjoy. Sweet, salt, spice, bold, interesting, and packed full of flavour.

The cooking and baking uses a mix of both classical and modern techniques which I've learned from my many years working in Michelin starred kitchens, contract catering and the food industry in the UK.
